You should.

We provide more financial flexibility to companies that want to present larger total compensation offers. Unlike a salary, which employees expect to receive bi-weekly or semi-monthly, our points can be distributed on a customized vesting schedule: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. You can also decide when distribution starts, in case you want an employee to complete a probationary period before they start accruing points.

Your team also receives dedicated resources to make the best use of their PTO so they can avoid burnout from the added stress of planning.

Any vested points belong to the employee and cannot be rescinded via our platform. Unvested points will be returned to your option pool to be used for other employees or can be refunded to your company.

At least one employee is required to start a program and a purchase of at least 1,000 Points. After that, there is no minimum purchase requirement.

You are billed whenever an employee is added to your account. For points, you are billed based on your preference of "up front" or whenever an employee earnes vested points via our "pay as you go " option. Companies can pay via ACH (no processing fee) or with a credit card with applicable processing fees.

Points do not expire for employers or employees that earn them.
